Throughout our classes, we will offer techniques to still the mind and expand the heart using breathing and concentration exercises, mantras, visualizations, music and silent meditation. These simple techniques are explained and practised in each class. Accompanying handouts are given to help reinforce your practice.
Once the course is completed, free follow-up classes are offered for those who wish to take their meditation practice more seriously. As always, there is no charge. The classes are for all, both the beginner and the more experienced.
